My name is Patrick Smith, and I want to be your strategic finance partner.

My background in finance spans multiple decades and a wide range of environments, including non-profits, public companies, as well as early- and late-stage startups. That experience gives me a practical, holistic view of how finance should support a business as it grows.

I specialize in building structure where it does not yet exist. I do not view finance as a reporting function alone. I see it as a strategic tool that, when built correctly, enables alignment, accountability, and better decisions at every level of the company.

At the end of the day, I work as an internal finance leader, not an external vendor.
